JEREMY MARTIN

VP of Engineering

Jeremy Martin brings extensive engineering and operational experience spanning wellsite supervision, drilling engineering, and drilling management. His career encompasses a broad range of complex drilling environments, including HPHT, horizontal, directional, and extended-reach operations throughout the United States. Known for his focus on safety, technical execution, and cost control, Jeremy provides leadership in well planning, drilling optimization, and operational performance. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Dale Nace brings more than three decades of field and operational leadership experience in horizontal, directional, and vertical drilling. His background includes HPHT wells, extended-reach laterals, drilling fluids, downhole tools, completions, and production operations. Dale’s broad technical knowledge and hands-on leadership provide SDS with experienced oversight across complex drilling and completion programs.

Dale Nace brings more than three decades of field and operational leadership experience in horizontal, directional, and vertical drilling. DONNIE MARTIN

Project Management

Donnie Martin brings more than 40 years of oil and gas experience spanning field operations and corporate-level project management. He has been involved in more than 2,000 wells across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, with experience encompassing drilling, location construction, site remediation, workover, and completion operations. His extensive field knowledge and leadership experience make him a valuable resource for project execution and personnel development.

DONNIE MARTIN

Project Management

Donnie Martin brings more than 40 years of oil and gas experience spanning field operations and corporate-level project management. He has been involved in more than 2,000 wells across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, with experience encompassing drilling, location construction, site remediation, workover, and completion operations. His extensive field knowledge and leadership experience make him a valuable resource for project execution and personnel development.

MITCHELL MCCOY

Chief Financial Officer

Mitchell McCoy is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 12 years of public accounting and audit experience serving clients across oil and gas, utilities, telecommunications, and employee benefit plans. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for SDS. Mitchell holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Stephen F. Austin State University and serves as Chair of the Schlief School of Accountancy Advisory Council.

Wyatt Halliday brings more than 20 years of contract drilling and energy-services experience across all major U.S. operating regions. His background includes procurement, sales, marketing, contracts, strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management. Prior to joining SDS, Wyatt held progressively senior commercial leadership positions within the contract drilling industry, culminating in the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. At SDS, he focuses on business solutions, strategic initiatives, commercial relationships, and organizational growth.

ELIZABETH WALKER

Executive Assistant | Operations

Elizabeth Walker supports SDS’s compliance and consultant onboarding functions, helping ensure personnel documentation, qualifications, and required records are complete and maintained throughout the onboarding process. She coordinates across operations and administration to support consultant readiness, documentation compliance, and efficient deployment to client projects. Brad brings a strong focus on safe execution, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Brad Hunsucker is an experienced oil and gas engineer with a background in drilling, production, completions, and well integrity. His experience includes drilling design, complex well environments, intercept wells, completion and recompletion design, artificial lift, wellbore remediation, P&A operations, and post-well performance analysis. Brad brings a strong focus on safe execution, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

TOM BAILEY

Completion Manager

Tom Bailey brings decades of completion and stimulation experience, beginning his career with Halliburton in 1974. His expertise includes cased-hole stimulation, fracturing design, acidizing, casing, completion operations, and onsite well management. Following a 32-year career with Halliburton, Tom managed large-scale completion operations in the Haynesville Shale, providing SDS with extensive technical and field leadership experience.

Tom Bailey brings decades of completion and stimulation experience, beginning his career with Halliburton in 1974. His expertise includes cased-hole stimulation, fracturing design, acidizing, casing, completion operations, and onsite well management. Following a 32-year career with Halliburton, Tom managed large-scale completion operations in the Haynesville Shale, providing SDS with extensive technical and field leadership experience.

MATTHEW BAILEY

Geologist

Matthew Bailey is an experienced geologist specializing in geosteering, well planning, formation evaluation, and geological analysis. His basin experience includes the Haynesville, Bossier, Utica, Eagle Ford, Cotton Valley, and Mississippi Lime. Matthew holds a B.S. in Geology and an M.B.A. from Stephen F. Austin State University.

With longstanding industry relationships, Trey leads business-development efforts focused on strengthening client relationships and expanding SDS’s service opportunities.

Account Manager

Eric Johnson brings more than five decades of oilfield experience, with particular expertise in West Texas and the Permian Basin. His career includes rig operations, safety leadership, consulting management, contractor placement, AFE development, and drilling-program support. His extensive operational knowledge and industry relationships support SDS’s clients and consultant network throughout West Texas.

Account Manager

Eric Johnson brings more than five decades of oilfield experience, with particular expertise in West Texas and the Permian Basin. His career includes rig operations, safety leadership, consulting management, contractor placement, AFE development, and drilling-program support. Launching his career as an Area Sales Manager at Apollo Services, he built a deep understanding of the upstream energy sector before transitioning into specialized digital marketing and brand strategy. Since joining SDS as Marketing Manager in 2018, Kerry has been in the forefront of the company’s brand and online growth.
